  • Fresh Apple                  2 medium size
  • Fresh Carrot                 2 medium size
  • Ginger                         1-2 inch piece
  • Lemon                         1/2 piece
  • Honey For Taste           1 tablespoon

How To Prepare And Use

  • Clean all ingredients.
  • Peel the ginger and cut into small slices.
  • Cut all the ingredients, remove the core of the apples and the seeds of the lemon.
  • Blend all the ingredients together.
  • Add a spoonful of honey If the taste is too strong.
  • Enjoy 02 hours before bedtime.
